Deposit & Payment Terms – A $100 non refundable deposit is required to save the date. The deposit will be applied to your final balance. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept cash or check only.

Rental Time – Rental begins when you arrive to start decorating and ends after cleanup is fully completed. Early arrival is not permitted.

Set up & Clean Up – Tables and Chairs will be set up prior to your arrival. You may choose from both round and rectangular tables. If you rent tablecloths through us, they will be placed on tables before you arrive. You are responsible for setting up and removing your decor. The Wilkins House must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Cancellation Policy – If the event is cancelled within 72 hours from the scheduled date, the customer is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance.

Alcohol Policy – Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older. A security officer must be present for the duration of any alcohol services. You may provide your own officer or we can arrange one for you.
